Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order and delivery destination. All rates shown are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes.

1. How Shipping Costs Are Calculated
Shipping is weight-based. The following factors affect your shipping cost:
- Product weight — heavier machines incur higher freight
- Number of items — combined weight of all products in your order
- Delivery destination — EU, international, or remote locations
- Shipping method — standard or express delivery

There are no hidden fees. You always pay a fair, accurate freight rate.

2. VAT & Tax Notice
All shipping rates displayed at checkout are exclusive of VAT and applicable taxes. The applicable tax rate is calculated separately at checkout based on your delivery address. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be eligible for zero-rated VAT — please contact us before placing your order.

3. Delivery Times by Region
- Germany: Standard 2–4 business days | Express 1–2 business days | Free shipping over €500
- EU (Other): Standard 3–7 business days | Express 1–3 business days | Free shipping over €500
- United States: Standard 7–14 business days | Express 3–5 business days | Import duties may apply
- Brazil: Standard 10–18 business days | Express on request | Customs clearance required
- China / Asia-Pacific: Standard 10–21 business days | Express on request | Contact us for a quote
- Rest of World: Standard 14–28 business days | Express on request | Contact us before ordering

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch date and may vary during peak periods or due to customs delays outside the EU.

4. Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details by email.

5. Tracking
All shipments are sent with a tracked courier service. Your tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch.

6. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

7. Large or Heavy Orders
For orders containing multiple machines or particularly heavy items, our team may contact you to confirm the most cost-effective shipping method before dispatch. We will always seek your approval before proceeding.
