Established in 2018, headux International GmbH is our European headquarters — a dedicated facility housing our EU warehouse, product showroom, and technical support centre.
From here, we serve B2B customers across the EU with German-based stock, SEPA payment, CE-certified machines, and local after-sales support. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days to destinations across Europe.

headux was founded in Shenzhen in 2013 by a multidisciplinary team of engineers specialising in power electronics, digital control systems, electric arc technology, metal materials, welding processes, and industrial software.
Our Shenzhen facility is the heart of headux R&D and manufacturing — where every machine is designed, tested, and refined to meet the demands of professional industrial users worldwide.
Production Workshop
Our Shenzhen production facility operates a fully integrated manufacturing workflow — from SMT component placement and board assembly through mid-process testing to final load and welding performance validation before shipment.
R&D — Reliability Test
Every headux product undergoes a comprehensive reliability testing programme before leaving our Shenzhen facility — ensuring consistent performance and durability in the most demanding industrial environments.
R&D Team
headux has a research and development team of more than 20 engineers. The full range of products are independently designed and developed. At present, there are more than 100 patents for manual/robotic welding, digital control and industry design patents.
