These Terms of Service govern all purchases made through headux.de, operated by:

2. Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT for EU consumers.

3. Contract Formation
A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due at the time of order. For B2B customers, invoice payment terms may apply as agreed separately.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier. For details, see our Shipping Policy.

6. Warranty & Liability
All products carry a 2-year statutory warranty under EU law (Directive 2019/771/EU). Our liability for damages is limited to foreseeable, typical damages unless caused by gross negligence or intent.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on headux.de including images, text, and logos is the property of Headux International GmbH and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by German law. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded. For B2C customers in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.

9. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We are not obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies.
