Return & Refund Policy

At Headux, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with § 355 BGB (German Civil Code) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Right of Return — 14-Day Period
You have the right to return any item purchased from Headux within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of return, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires. Notification can be made via:

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
| Condition | Item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged |
| Packaging | Original packaging preferred; securely packed to prevent transit damage |
| Accessories | All included accessories, cables, torches, and documentation must be returned |
| Proof of purchase | Order number or invoice must be included with the return |
Note: If the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, you may be liable for the diminished value (§ 357 Abs. 7 BGB).
Return Shipping & Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or was delivered in error.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Headux is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof of return shipment (whichever is earlier), in accordance with § 357 Abs. 1 BGB.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not charge any fees for processing refunds.
Please note: Standard outbound shipping costs are non-refundable, except where the return is due to a defect or our error. If you selected an express or premium delivery option, only the cost of standard delivery will be refunded.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or incorrect item
In such cases, Headux will cover all return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no charge to you, in accordance with EU statutory warranty rights (2-year legal guarantee).
Exclusions — Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from the right of return under § 312g Abs. 2 BGB:
- Consumables that have been opened or used (e.g. welding wire, electrodes, nozzles, tips)
- Custom-configured or special-order machines
- Items that have been clearly used beyond inspection purposes
- Software or digital downloads once activated
B2B customers (purchasing for business purposes) may have different statutory rights. Please refer to your order confirmation or contact us for B2B return terms.
B2B Orders
For business customers placing wholesale or bulk orders, return terms are governed by the individual purchase agreement or our General Terms & Conditions (AGB). The statutory 14-day consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B transactions. Please contact our B2B team directly for return enquiries: info@headux.de
