The TitanCut 40 PFC COMP integrates a built-in air compressor directly into the unit. Plug in, switch on, and cut — no separate compressor, no hoses, no setup time. 40A output, Pilot Arc, PFC technology, 1-phase 230V. Cuts carbon steel up to 20mm, stainless steel up to 16mm, aluminium up to 12mm. The ultimate solution for site work, mobile cutting, and locations without compressed air infrastructure.

Pilot Arc — Contactless Arc Initiation
Concentrated plasma stream increases cutting speed and capability. Starts on rusty, painted, and coated surfaces without contact — no pre-cleaning required. Extends tip life and is ideal for cutting grid and mesh material where intermittent contact would interrupt a standard arc.
PFC Technology — Power Factor >0.99
Power Factor Correction delivers a power factor >0.99. Energy-saving, wider input voltage range, and reduced grid load — more efficient than standard inverter plasma cutters. Better compatibility with generators and site power supplies where voltage fluctuations are common.
40A Output — Cuts Up to 20mm Steel
