Headux TitanMig 225 Syn PFC

High-Output Synergic MIG — Dual Voltage, Maximum Versatility

⚡ MIG/MAG • Gasless MIG • Lift-TIG • MMA • 225A • 110V/230V • PF 0.99 • Synergic • CE Certified

🔥 WHY WELDERS CHOOSE THE TITANMIG 225 SYN PFC

Imagine a machine that runs from a standard household socket, a site transformer, or a generator — and still delivers 225A of stable, precise MIG power on structural steel, stainless pipework, or automotive bodywork. That’s the TitanMig 225 Syn PFC: the most capable compact synergic MIG welder in the Headux range, engineered for professionals who work across multiple sites and power sources.

The Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit delivers a power factor of 0.99 — drawing power more efficiently from the mains and making it fully compatible with both 110V site transformers and standard 230V supplies. Combined with synergic single-knob control, four welding processes, and support for 1 kg and 5 kg spools, the TitanMig 225 Syn PFC is the one machine that does it all.

From light fabrication and automotive restoration to boiler tubes, pipe construction, and agricultural equipment — the TitanMig 225 Syn PFC delivers premium results on mild steel and stainless steel, wherever your work takes you.

✦ WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

🔌

Dual Voltage 110V / 230V — Work Anywhere

Runs on both 110V site transformers and standard 230V mains supply — no adapters, no rewiring. The PFC circuit ensures stable arc performance on generator power and unstable grid supply, making the TitanMig 225 Syn PFC the ideal machine for multi-site professionals across Europe.

Power Factor Correction — PF 0.99, Energy Efficient

The integrated PFC circuit achieves a power factor of 0.99 — drawing power more efficiently from the supply, reducing reactive current, and minimising the load on site generators and transformers. Lower running costs, longer generator life, and a more stable arc.

🏛️

Synergic Control — Manual or Synergic Mode

Choose between Synergic mode (one-knob automatic parameter setting) or Manual mode for full independent control of voltage and wire feed speed. Four synergic mild steel programs for 0.8mm and 1.0(0.9)mm solid wire — optimised for your selected gas mixture.

🔄

4-in-1 Process — MIG, Gasless MIG, Lift-TIG & MMA

Shield gas MIG/MAG for clean indoor fabrication. Gasless (flux-core) MIG for outdoor and site work without a gas bottle. Lift-TIG for precise, spatter-free welds on stainless steel and mild steel. MMA stick welding for structural steel and maintenance. Four processes, one machine.

🎯

Burn-Back Control — Clean Wire End Every Time

Adjustable burn-back control prevents the wire from sticking in the weld pool at the end of each run — leaving a clean wire tip ready for the next arc start. Reduces downtime, extends contact tip life, and improves weld quality on every joint.

🛡️

IP21S & Thermal Protection — Built for the Job Site

IP21S ingress protection guards against dust and dripping water in workshop and site environments. Thermal overload protection automatically shuts down before damage occurs — protecting your investment during demanding continuous use.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is the difference between Variant 20 and Variant 21?
Variant 20 includes the complete standard package: 3m MX24 MIG Torch, 3m 25mm² Earth Lead, and 2.5m Gas Hose. Variant 21 does not include the MIG Torch — it comes with the Earth Lead and Gas Hose only. Variant 21 is suitable for customers who already own a compatible MX24 MIG torch and wish to save on cost.
What does PFC (Power Factor Correction) mean?
Power Factor Correction (PFC) improves the efficiency of the machine’s power draw from the supply. The TitanMig 225 Syn PFC achieves a power factor of 0.99 — meaning it draws power almost entirely as useful work, with minimal reactive current. This reduces the load on generators and site transformers, lowers running costs, and ensures a more stable arc on variable power supplies.
Can I run it from a 110V site transformer?
Yes. The TitanMig 225 Syn PFC supports both 110V and 230V input — making it fully compatible with standard site transformers used across European construction sites. On 110V, the MIG output range is 30–120A. On 230V, the full 30–225A range is available.
Can I weld aluminium with the TitanMig 225 Syn PFC?
No. The TitanMig 225 Syn PFC is designed for mild steel and stainless steel welding only. It does not support aluminium welding. Please contact us if you need guidance on the right machine for aluminium applications.
What synergic programs are available?
The TitanMig 225 Syn PFC includes 4 synergic mild steel programs — optimised for 0.8mm and 1.0(0.9)mm solid wire with your selected gas mixture. You can also switch to Manual mode for full independent control of voltage and wire feed speed.
Does it support Lift-TIG welding?
Yes. The TitanMig 225 Syn PFC includes Lift-TIG capability for precise, spatter-free welding on stainless steel and mild steel. An optional TIG 26 Torch is available in 4m (A13301-006) and 8m (A13301-031) versions.
Is the TitanMig 225 Syn PFC CE certified?
Yes. Fully CE certified and compliant with EU Low Voltage and EMC Directives. IP21S protection class and Class F insulation make it suitable for professional workshop and site use across Europe.
What warranty is included?
All Headux machines include a 2-year warranty backed by our German engineering team. Contact us at headux.de/pages/contact-us for warranty claims or technical assistance.
