The TitanMig 350KB / 500KB is Headux’s most powerful heavy-duty MIG platform — engineered for the most demanding industrial welding environments. With a fully digital inverter managed by a high-speed microprocessor, it delivers perfect arc control, improved droplet detachment, and controlled ignition properties across MIG and MMA processes.
The separate wire feeder unit design gives maximum flexibility on the production floor — position the feeder exactly where you need it, independent of the power source. Combined with Headux patented control software, the TitanMig KB Series helps operators save time on machine setup and maximise productivity shift after shift.
Available in two configurations: the 350KB (350A, 60% duty cycle, 82.5 kg) for heavy fabrication and structural work, and the 500KB (500A, 60% duty cycle, 83.16 kg) for the most demanding high-current production applications.
